With over 21 years in the hospitality industry, Kedar journeyed from operational roles to leading training initiatives at premier establishments like Holiday Inn, Radisson Blu, and boutique resorts in Goa. During His tenure as a principal at a hotel management college, he has mentored over 200 budding professionals, instilling in them the values of discipline and excellence.
Kedar believes that a positive & Happy mindset is the catalyst for professional as well as personal growth.His training sessions are designed to be engaging, interactive, and tailored to the specific needs of each organization, ensuring that participants not only learn but also enjoy the process.

As the Trainer with his own flavour, a local voice, a founding member and a veteran of Tourism industry, Kedar has been deployed with The Green Trail Foundation to train,motivate, educate and inspire the participants and the volunteers alike.
