Yogesh Karandikar

Yogesh is a go-getter, result oriented, focused individual with an extensive background in banking technology. With 8+ certifications in various skills and domain expertise, he progressed swiftly in his career, delivering numerous high-value and high-visibility projects & winning 10+ awards for exemplary performance. He is a well-known problem solver, compassionate individual, strategist and well-respected mentor for many professionals.
Other than his role in banking technology, Yogesh has been associated with sports since childhood. Yogesh secured A+ grade in military training from Bhonsala military school, represented his school in inter-school hockey tournament, Holds NCC A, B and C certificates with decent grades with award for best NCC cadet of his college, Won silver medal at Maharashtra state level rifle shooting championship, and also likes to Swim. He is very active in social life since college days. He was the General Secretary of his Junior college, represented college in multiple debates and elocution competitions, completed various social service projects and organized numerous community events.
His passion for walking started when he completed his first 100KM walkathon as a challenge for himself, after undergoing physical transformation. He repeated this success for 4 consecutive years and then another 50KM trail-challenge as the latest achievement. Each time, he participated and mentored a new team, thus establishing a record of its kind.
Yogesh is now part of the organizing team that wants to build a platform, where one and all can have the same opportunity to challenge themselves to walk 100KM in supportive environment with encouraging people and like-minded team members. Though the challenge is tough, the joy of conquering it is priceless!
